HOREB Construction Corp ("HOREB," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through horebusa.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and limited technical data collected automatically when you visit the Site.
Information you provide
When you submit our "Request a Commercial Inspection" / project estimate form, we ask for:

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services embedded in the Site (see Section 5) may automatically log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking scripts on the Site.
2. How Information Is Collected
Our project estimate form currently opens the information you enter in your own email application (via a "mailto" link) addressed to us, so it is transmitted through your personal or work email account rather than stored directly on our servers. If we later move to an online form-processing service, we will update this policy to name that provider and describe how it handles your data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide estimates or scheduling
- Confirm your project is within Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, our licensed service area
- Communicate with you about an active or prospective project
- Maintain business records, such as licensing, insurance, and permitting documentation tied to a project
- Comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations as a licensed general contractor (CGC 1519890)
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:
- With subcontractors, engineers, or trade partners directly involved in scoping or performing your project
- With permitting authorities, municipalities, or the engineer of record where required to secure permits or approvals
- With our insurance carrier or legal counsel, where relevant to a claim or dispute
- If required by law, subpoena, or governmental request
- If HOREB is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction
5. Cookies & Third-Party Services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of standard web server activity, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels on the Site. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the tools in use and how to opt out.
6. Social Media Links
The Site links to our Instagram (@HorebUSA) and Facebook (HOREB USA) pages. If you interact with us there, that activity is governed by Instagram's and Facebook's own privacy policies, not this one.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet or email is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information you submit through the Site or by email.
8. Data Retention
We retain project inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, complete a project, and satisfy legal, insurance, licensing, and tax record-keeping obligations applicable to Florida general contractors.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults seeking commercial construction services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information we hold about you, subject to our legal, contractual, and record-keeping obligations as a licensed contractor
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law regarding your personal information; contact us to make a request.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
